If can I give a suggestion, you should not try to loose too much weight in a too short time.
Every change in the organism must be done gradually.
Don’t feel bad if it requires 6 months or more to notice some results: it is not important if weight loss is slow, but it is important that is regular and continuous. So, be patient and don’t feel too frustrated if you don’t see results immediately.
If you’ll be able to accomplish this, and if you’ll be patient enough to wait 6 months/1 year and to follow a balanced diet regularly and constantly, then you’ll reach your goal for sure
Best wishes
From personal experience, I can’t agree enough with that …although I’m sure Di’s doing it properly (and not missing out on any nutrients etc!)
I realise this is not a diet But a WAY of Eating has to change.
Soooo true, Di …I’ve been eating more healthily for the last ~7 months or so, been losing weight steadily, but as you say it has to be a change in your way of eating that you’ll keep up.
A little tip that I follow that may help you (it’s worked for me since the start of my healthy eating plan):
“A little of what you fancy does you good” - allow yourself one night a week to treat yourself, that way you won’t find yourself craving anything (err, much hehe)
I started a gym WOMAN only
Last month you get Weight and Mesured every month
MY first weigh in at 94.2 k
2-3 …92.1 kg
Have beengoing every morning
Nice going, congrats
