This drive seems to have a firmware bug that occurs when attempting to copy a DVD created on Panasonic set-top DVD recorders. Models this has been seen with are DMR-E515, DMR-EH55 and DMR-ES20.
I first saw this issue with an Acard-based multi-disc duplicator, and reproduced the problem with Nero. Log from Nero 6.6.15 (version 7 also tested with the same result):

So one question is what ImgBurn is doing differently from Nero or the Acard controller. I have a feeling it has to do with the parsing of UDF structure. Any ideas? Can any engineers from Lite-On provide some insight?
