What does this mean?

Does it mean there’s a software/driver/firmware problem with my Yamaha CD RW Drive?

Try updating its firmware if possible. Sounds like faulty or incompatible media though.

#3

only cd-rw problems - not cd-rs, not regular cds? do the speeds match?
