Hi, am using Pinnacle Instant Copy and having a few difficulties.
I have de-crypted my movie, but when I open up Instant Copy,
and have the two columns, “source” and “destination”, I don’t know what to add in each.
I don’t want to save the movie to my hd, I want to burn it to dvd-r.
the options available in each column are:
Source : hd-dt-st dvdram gsa 4040b
and Hard Disk.

The other column, Destination only has one option, “Hard Disk” and the box is checked.

If I right click Hard Disk, I have the option to select destination,
Can someone please direct me as to exactly what I do there so I can burn a movie to a dvd-r.

Thanks for your patience and time
Jules

I. When copying original :

‘Source’ is your DVD drive w the original DVD in it.
‘Destination’ is a directory where you’d like to save the copied files.
So, select the desired destination on HD and make sure you have enough space there, i.e. 5-10 GB.

II. When burning temporary files :

‘Source’ is the copied/temporary files on your HD.
‘Destination’ is your DVD writer w DVDR in it.

III. On-the-fly :

‘Source’ - DVD reader w DVD.
‘Destination’ - DVD writer w DVDR.

I think this guy may have experienced the same as me. The problem is that the drive don’t appear at all in the destination list, only the harddrive. What can be done to fix this problem? This problem only appear when I use Pinnacle Instant Copy Version 8. If I use CloneDVD or any other program, there’s no problems at all (Except from NERO, my fav prog for CD’s, but I can’t get it to burn DVD’s).
