HOW CAN I OVERCLOCK MY PC
WHEN I GO TO THE BIOS , THERE IS NO OVERCLOCKING OPTIONS
IS THERE ANY SOFTWARE THAT I CAN OVERCLOCK MY PC

I HAVE DELL 755 OPTIPLEX
CORE 2 QUAD Q6600
RAM :5GB
NVIDIA GEFORCE 9500GT

You can’t and shouldn’t . Dell uses own custom firmware in everything, so just don’t mess with it.

Your capslock key is broken. Posting only in capitals is considered shouting on the internet.

But when I right click my computer
it shows
Installed memory(RAM):5GB (3GB usable)
does it means that the pc uses only 3GB

Without a service tag no. from your computer we have no idea what is in your system and what expansion options it has. So we need a service tag no. And since you didn’t mention what O/S your using my guess it that it is 32bit O/S but until we get a service tag no. it be hard to know what your system is and isn’t???

Windows 7 32 bit can only address 4 GB (3GB usable).

If you install a 64 bit version you can use all 5 GB, but in my opninion i would not bother. The improvement is next to nothing.
