Can you get into the bios?
Try using F12 at boot up to get into the Dell Diagnostics.
Running diagnostics now. I may have a virus that my Macfee didn’t get

How updated is your BIOS? Also what Service Tag is your unit so we have a idea what your system setup is. It sounds like a bad HDD if you can’t get past the BSOD at bootup. Are you sure a component isn’t failing on you? But first check if your BIOS is up to date and make sure your HDD is working. Has this problem happened before?
How do I check BIOS and this has never happened before. What is th service tag?
2.5.1541.34. Bios version. A07
Did the diagnostic tests show anything?

The tests showed nothing.
West Texas huh? My dad and grandfather were from Wichita Falls area. I lived around Houston for about 30 years then moved to the mountains of Wyoming and am now in the mountains of Spain.
I think I will take it to a shop tomorrow and see if any of these Spaniards know anything
