This is all new to me, hope someone could help. Someone told me everytime I backup a movie, it takes up space on my hard drive. How do I delete the movie or file from my hard drive once I burn a copy. Please post answer or email me at THANK YOU!!!!!
In order to answer this question, it's necessary to know which program(s) you are using for backing up your movies.
Please tell us which program(s) you are using.

Normally I just right click on the folder that has the movie and then click on Delete in the drop down box. If it is too large to fit in the Recycle Bin it will ask for confirmation that you want the folder permanently deleted, just click ok.
Also check the setting in your program you are burning with and see if there is a box to check (delete after burning) or something close to that
As well, when you burn (often) it asks for a temp folder to put the files in while it's rendering/working on your dvd. Look for that folder and delete it.
