Damages Season 5

I did a search, but could not find an existing thread on this.

I just tried to make a backup of Damages S5 D1. I have tried several variations, FULL DISC, Customize choosing just the episodes, Customize choosing episodes and many of the extras (deleted scenes, etc.). But none of these backup copies work right. The best I can do is view the PLAY ALL EPISODES and then Next Chap my way to where I want to be. Original disk works fine.

If I try to SELECT EPISODE, after clicking the Episode I want, it goes back to the Main Menu, then starts playing Episode 1, regardless of which Episode I chose.

I updated to latest DVD Fab, same problems.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have to post a log file, but maybe its a poorly pressed disc, sometimes even though they play , they do not backup correctly. That’s why I would send the .ifo files to DVDFab.

Here is the last Burn Log. Seems to have the attempt this morning as well as the attempt I tried last night.

How do I go about sending the .ifo to DVD Fab?

#4

First of all try V9.1.1.2, that just came out.
http://www.dvdfab.com/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB9_BETA Just open the program and send a copy of the process log and the internal log to support @dvdfab.com Explain your issue. Or you can go online and chat directly with them here
http://www.dvdfab.com/contact.htm

I tried to send them an email with a description of my problem and the log files but it bounced-back.

I finally got in contact with DVD Fab people, tried what they suggested, including 9.1.1.5, same thing.

Then I tried this but doing a backup of Damages Season 5 Disc 2, and I had the same problems. So I am wondering if they are using some new technique on the discs for Damages.
