I purchased PowerDVD9 yesterday and once I ran it, it quickly crashed. I am unable to watch any type of media on it, it loads then crashes. I went on Cyberlink's site and downloaded the patch update, but it continues to crash. Does anyone else have this problem?
What Operating system are you using?
Might as well list what your Video card and Blu-ray drive are as well.
