at first some spelling nitpick - it’s a drive, not a driver. Yes, this is important.
Assuming you have some flavour of Windows (newer than Windows 95) installed on your computer, then your drive should work out of the box - at least as a reader. So, no additional driver (<-- Yes, driver) is required, and thus such thing does not exist.
As for the software that came with the drive - these discs contain copyrighted software, and sharing them is not allowed. If you need some CD writing software, you might have a look at these free options:

Some of these want to install additional toolbars. You don’t want this, so be careful what you are clicking on during installation.
