Curser freeze-dvd fab

hello…i have been using the trial version of dvd fab platinum for about three weeks…but i have had problems…the curser freezes every time i copy dvds and although the dvd continues to be made and it does work i end up having to wait for the dvd to finish making then i have to eject the discs and switch off by the power button without closing programmes.

I thought i had solved the problem so a few days ago i bought dvd fab,…then the problem continued.

I suspect it may have done damage to my dvd rom drive because now when i use it it doesn’t function correctly…e.g. when i try to play a disc in media player it does read the disc but the playback is slowed down with sound and vision and when i use other programmes which need the dvd room drive i m now getting a curser freeze in there and sometimes playback is abruptly ended

Help please…i have been trying to solve the problems for a month now :(:(:(:(

Welcome to the forum, can you list your systems specs.? How much RAM, Processor etc. Also try to reinstall the software.

hello…thanks i have one gig of ram…i’m not very technical but are these the details you want…its hp pavilion t3345, AMD (Athlon) 64 Processor 3700+

do you think the programme is just not compatible or something?

If i try uninstall and reinstall would i just have to double click my registration code again?

Ok It seems to say you not have to reboot. Did you reboot your computer after install? I think even if it said you not have to that you should do a reboot after the install. I always reboot after I install and uninstall any programs. NOw did you do a clean uninstall that is located in stormjumpers signature. Search the forum for a post by him and follow his directions for the uninstall. When you reinstall you have to download your reg key again from your email that has it.
