StrayKatk, welcome to the forum!
You are trying to burn far more onto a CD than what an ordinary CD can hold.
Your Cue sheet contains more than 117 minutes of audio!
Ordinary 80min 700MB CD-R media can hold (surprise surprise) only 80 minutes of audio, or perhaps a couple of extra minutes if you "overburn" your media.
There are some advanced scenarios where more is possible (see below), but I don't think any of those scenarios apply to your situation.
Your solution is to change the Cue sheet so that you don't try to burn more than 79:59 onto your CD-R media, or perhaps as much as 81-82 min if you're willing to experiment with overburning.
If you have special 90min, 99min or 100min CD-R media, and your drive supports it, you might be able to write close to 100 minutes - the resulting disc will not be readable in many drives however.
The only way of burning more than 117 minutes of audio, like you are trying with your Cue sheet, is to combine the special GigaRec feature only available with certain Plextor drives and special 99+ minutes media, and you would probably only be able to play the disc in the same drive.
