Ok I am new at burning DVD’s and I currently have Cyberlink products on my Laptop. when I got my new harddrive in my laptop i was informed that I have a dcv buner on it. How do I get around CSS Protected dvds? Ive tried, copying, dupllicating, burning and they wont let me do anything. How do i get around the protection? its 2009, i know there is a way around it. for FREE, in just retarded when it comes to this stuff. if you could let me know asap that would be awesome! thanks!

You can try DVDFab. Download the trial version, it’s good for 30 days. There is a good DVDFab forum here at CDFreaks, lots of info and help. I think you can download it from that subforum also. If you want totally free, the HD Decrypter part of Fab will continue to function after the trial period has ended.
Ther is also DVDDecrypter, http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/DVD-Decrypter/1011845169/1, but it won’t work with some of the newer copy protection.
And DVDSmith, http://www.dvdsmith.com/, also free but not as well supported as DVDFab.

Thread moved to copy movie forum.

CSS only; free tools?

DVD Shrink used to, I think…
