We’ve just posted the following review: Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 16GB Memory Review[newsimage]http://www.myce.com/wp-content/images_posts/2016/11/image001-95x75.jpg[/newsimage]

For modern PC’s, 16GB of DRAM is becoming very popular. At the moment, DRAM prices are low, so there is little excuse to skimp on an 8GB memory kit for example.

Today I’m looking at some DDR4 DRAM, in the shape of a Crucial 16GB dual channel memory kit.
In this the kit is the Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB dual channel DDR4 (2x 8GB modules).
Let’s find out how it performs in this review.

Prices on DDR3 will go up, this happend when we moved form DDR2
to DDR3, the prices of DDR2 memory went up, but DDR4 is now
very affordable, try to find how much a 4x4GB 2133 kit cost
back when X99 was first released.

I remember that it was very close to 250 eurod and not the same kit can
be found for 90 euros, so prices drop on new tech, but it will go up on
DDR3 as less people will go out an buy more DDR3 RAM.

I should have said it was DDR4 I was referring to regarding prices.
Around this time last year, when I purchased DDR4 for my Skylake build, it cost me £119 for a 16GB kit.
