cost:€30!!!
I was wondering why I got them 4 free

#2

Whoa. You paid € 30 to get a 25 pcs cakebox for free? I couldn’t even possibly do that.
What kind of MIDs were they?

#3

I know the owner of the store:he GAVE them to me but sells them for € 30
vdspmsab 01
pomsc001002
omp 4kg001

#4

The only MID out of those that I’ve even heard of is the first one. They all sound pretty crap, though

I’m just glad you didn’t spend 30 euros on them!

#5

they make good placemats for cans though!

#6

POMSC001 002 = 3A Media, Austria. Poor firmware support, but not a per se quality problem. They are distributing hacked firmwares (MCSE?) for several burners for better disc support.
OMP 4KG 001 = Optical Media Production Europe SA/Intersonic Advanced Technologies, Greece. I don’t know that one well though.

If you have a BenQ, try some with SolidBurn and see!

#7

Bought as Compass DVD+R 4x, burned with an NEC 2500 4x.
The only one I (luckily) have in my collection

Also all different style serials ???
Would be cool if they all had the same type of serials and just came from the same crap manufacturer.

Just noticed how old this topic is forget. Why bring it back ???

#9

Actually, they were all manufactured in same factory (OMP S.A.)…
Creation aka OMP was using 3 kinds of stampers…

#10

About the price, people have to know that blank media is extremely expensive in Begium, because of local taxes. Even the crappiest media costs at least € 30.- for a 25-dics spindle…

And we belgian people are doubly sc***d now, because new laws prevent us to order our media from english (SVP, DigitalPromo) or german (Nierle…) online shops, as we used to! :a

pomsc001002
omp 4kg001
What a nice kebap of crappy media…
POMSC = Piece Of Mighty Shit Crap?
OMP = Oh My beep ? :stuck_out_tongue:

#11

and vdspmsab 01?

#12

[OT]

I left this MID alone because I’m more familiar with it, contrary to the other two… making fun of stuff is always easier with unknown stuff (at least for me.)…

#17

Scheirmes: Did you burned those media? Or someone else?

#18

Dakhaas, do you know what VDSPMSAB… actually means?
VivastarData/DigitalStorage*Materials**… ?
Thanks in advance

#19

No idea.
While interaxia was a spin off from vivastar I would have quite some doubts with that name.

#20

Thank you.
Was Interaxia selling (even at small amount) their DVD media samples? Or they was send only to DVD RW drives manufacturers? What was the quality of media manufactured directly by Interaxia?
