Corsair introduces three new Force Series SSD's



Corsair has issued a press release showing their three new entries in the Force Seriesâ„¢ SSD’s. The new drives will have capacities of 60, 120 and 240gb

As with the earlier 100gb and 200gb models, these use the Sandforce SF-1200 SSD processors, and will support a maximum throughput specification of 285MB/s read and 275MB/s write.

The new drives are expected to be available in June, 2010.


The Force 240 Series would probably (FORCE) pun intended my wallet onto tears or bankruptcy :bigsmile:
but I’d still maybe like to have one someday. :iagree:


First-generation SLC SSD products used to cost like US$1K ~ US$2K, and those were 16GB, 32GB, 64GB…
