Corsair Force LS 240GB SSD review

We’ve just posted the following review: Corsair Force LS 240GB SSD review[newsimage]http://static.myce.com//images_posts/2013/09/corsair-logo-small-95x75.png[/newsimage]

In the past Corsair has surprised us with the use of the LAMD controller on their Neutron SSD’s and this time they are continuing to do so, only this time they are using the Phison controller. So lets see how the Corsair Force LS SSD performs, all you have to do is continue reading this in depth review.

Nice review, Thx

I think you don´t have this SSD now?

Would be interesting whether it shows Host Read/Write in top of CDI. Some SSDs I had only show it if i write something on the SSD, out of the box these parameters are don´t visible in right top

But on the CDI-screenshot I see the F1 and F2, so it should be visible at top

I still have the drive, so I will put it on my P55 system and give it a try to see if that would give any result on read/write info.

Excellent review, really top notch. These SSDs have been few and far between in the USA, I wonder why?

All i now that the Force LS series should be available in the EU and maybe in ASIA, as for America, you should be able to find the GS/GT and also the neutron series, and we know that the Neutron SSD’s are excellent drives.
I dont know why the did this, to me it’s confusing, but this is the way they decided to go.

CDI doesnt show any read or write info even if you read or write to the drive so probably this feature is disabled in the firmware.

Yeah, the Neutron are great. And better for benchmark than the LS

Maybe there some regional agreements with Phison, I read it some time ago at Cdrlabs

Look at comments

If you switch from Hex to Dec you can see it better, but only at the big SMART-window, F1 /F2

F1 (Writes) should be 1243GB
F2 (Reads) 589GB

indeed the numbers of read/writes are there, but i feel that they should have been in a place much easier to see.

Also sorry for the late reply.

Maybe with the next update?

With the 6.1Beta the M500 shows at first time the Host writes
