This is an interesting acquisition, even more surprising to me than Corel acquiring JASC, something which I’m still trying to see if they’ve decided to keep as 'quality" as PSP was when JASC had it. JASC was a #1 company in my book, as it even sent me an upgrade by CD of version 8 I’d purchased–and just sent it to me and other PSP users free of charge! If Corel maintains the same levels of customer service that both JASC and InterVideo customers enjoyed in the past, then these acquisitions will really help Corel. I just hope they do stand by the customer service well.

Another company destroyed by the mediocrity and abysmal quality control that is Corel. JASC is already dead as is Paint Shop Pro. R.I.P. InterVideo.
