if i want to back some of my software up on a CD do i just make a data CD? is there anything special i have to do? and is it better to use a CD-RW for data or does it not matter?
Backup your data on a cd-r, use cd-rw for audio you wanna try and for (bootable) iso’s you want to try.
If it’s permanent use cd-r.
If you want to back up just a few mb’s use multisession.
Be careful however, old cd-rom drives can’t read multisession cd’s
just make a data cd in nero or whatever program you have. and bout the cd’s, doesn’t matter, cdrw is easyer because you can erase the disk and use it again
