I have volunteered to make multiple copies (100) of a DVD for all the participants of a charitable production. A videography student captured the event and gave me the finished two set DVD (Sony DVD+R 4.7GB). Of course, being a fundraising event, I would like to keep the not only the cost to a minimum, but also the time. With that said, I would also like the packaging, etc. to be "nice" not necessarily "professional". First, I took the two DVD's and made copies using the standard "copy disc" option on the software that I already have. I used 2 Maxell DVD-RW 4.7GB. I tested this in my DVD player and it worked. I decided to use DVD+R (I don't know the difference betweet DVD+R and DVD-R). I found the following at supermediastore.com:
Ritek Ridata White Inkjet Printable 16X DVD+R 100 Pack (2 for) $69.98
SuperMediaStore 7mm Slim Double Black DVD Cases 100 Pack $18.99
Matte High- Res. CD Labels - 50 WhiteSheets 100Labels 40mm $16.98
Other than what I stated above, I know absolutely nothing about this sort of thing. My main question is - is this brand "Ritek" suitable for this sort of thing? And, do you have any other suggestions that would help me in my cause?
