Compatible optical drive for vaio cr 353 series?

im new here…
i hav broken dvd drive in my vaio cr353

currently type: matshita UJ870 QJ

its can;t read dvd , but it perfect with cd

are this my software trouble/ harware trouble?

also what compatible dvd drive for vaio cr series?
beside matshita UJ 870 qj?
