Clonyxxl xp sp2

I recently reinstalled windows xp and went all the way to sp2 in the process. i then downloaded clonyxxl, but clony doesn’t detect my cd/dvd drives. in fact, it doesn’t seem to detect the “real” (e.g. not virtual) ones. any suggestions as to what might be going on?

You need to install an ASPI layer onto your machine.

thanks for your response.

i have wnaspi32.dll 4.71.2.0 and aspi32.sys 4.7.2.0 installed. clony reads that.

but i’ll reinstall the aspi drivers just in case.

i reinstalled the aspi drivers but clony still doesn’t get my external liteon cd/dvd burner. is there anything else i can do. sorry to be so dense.
