CloneDVD2 burning question

Greetings all,

I’m new here and to the DVD burning world in general, so please be patient if my lingo isn’t quite up to par. Anyhow, I’ve been considering CloneDVD2 and AnyDVD to help with my DVD burning/copying needs. However, I also need a program which authors DVDs which aren’t necessarily being ripped from another DVD. For example, I have a few .ISO files on my HDD which I want to burn to a DVD. Will CloneDVD2 act as a stand-alone burning or DVD authoring utility or would I need something along the lines of Alcohol 120% or Nero for something like that?

And were I to go another direction, would Alcohol 120% work well with AnyDVD (sorry for being slightly OT)?

Thank you.

Regards,
Gary K.

Neither CloneDVD nor Alcohol 120% are DVD Authoring programs.

To understand the functioning of the AnyDVD-CloneDVD software program combination view the below AnyDVD-CloneDVD User Tutorial.

Welcome to the forum Gary, CloneDVD2 and AnyDVD are great products and for backing up movies you probably can’t do better, but you might look into DVD Shrink for Authoring, its free and it might just be what you need.
