As you probably all know Safedisc 2.9+ blacklists Clonecd. Thanks to Call of Duty I cannot play the single player mode without uninstalling Clonecd. So what i was wondering was when CoD loads up, what exactly does it check...... Does it go into the program files and check slysoft>clonecd? If so can i just move the contents of clonecd into another place onto my hard-drive? Or does it check the registry? If so can i remove a registry entry?
I think it checks for CloneCDs dll's but thats just a supposition.
SD2.9 DOES NOT have a blacklist.SD3.x+ DOES.
There is no actual way you can sort out the blacklisting problems, except fo re-writing portions/the lot of the blacklisted file.
We will have to wait until developers sort the blacklist issues out.
If you check out this thread by FutureProof you will see which files need to be removed because they are checked.

No it doesn't. The now defunct ccd virtual drive was blacklisted but not ccd itself. All my sd 2.9+ protected games run just fine with ccd on my system.
