If i was to have a both a DVD and CD burner does the ATIP check still effect the DVD-writer (meaning that you would have to enable Hide-CDR-Media with SD2.51+ protections)
ATIP Check = SD2.4.x and onwards (Max Payne was 2.3 and changed to 2.4 in first official patch)
ATIP Check = SecuROM from V Rally 2 and onwards

The check only occurs in burners thus, if you were to run the game from your dvd drive then you would not need to enable Hide-CDR media.
