So don't forget to change them. I would have forgotten if my mum hadn't sent me a text message about it just a minute ago.
Just reminding you guys 'cos I know I'm crap when it comes to that
Just so that you British don't catch up with us, the European Union countries will do the same thing so that we're still mostly
[*] Portugal and Ireland will stay in the same timezone as the U.K.
Doesn't your system do that automagically?
The daylight saving time sucks. It just makes us all tired and not actually save any energy, in fact it costs a lot of money (trains need to speed up and/or wait an hour, for example)...
Yeah, obviously Windows/my PC will sort itself out, but I was thinking of folk with regular clocks to do as well :iagree:...there's always one I forget about.
Most of our clocks are radio-controlled, but thanks for the reminder.
Us Yanks did this two weeks ago-
It's probably another GW thing-eh!
Can you imagine...for one hour we are 2 hrs ahead of the UK....
Damn, that means one hour less in bed tonight.
Whoa! I blinked and an hour went by like whooooooooosh!
Me too! Just wish my stupid neighbours realise it's now 2am and not 1am, I think it's gonna be a long night
7.3°C here
Clocks went back an hour in most of Oz today which was very nice for a Sunday morning sleep in
Hey! You stole our hour!
..."our hour"... that sounds kinda funny!?!
One hour more, for us in the deep South
If that's the case, where do you get it back from in approximately 3 months when your DL savings is over?
We'll have to take it back from those who stole it from us... but not until October i.e. in 7 months.
Bet your other half thinks that's an absolute crime
Wierd. I just presumed other countries ran DL savings to similar time span as us in Oz, ie around 1 season. Not very worldly I'm afraid :o
