Information that has been copied to Windows 10’s clipboard can be accessed in the login screen of the operating system, a Norwegian security researcher discovered. The method makes use of possibility to connect to a Wifi network from the lock screen.

This is why I only recommend having user accounts installed locally, unless absolutely necessary. The only worth-while exception I can thing of is a corporate environment in which a local admin creates active-directory-like accounts. Even then, there should be some way of loggin in locally in order to troubleshoot the random problems that pop up from time to time.
