Networking giant Cisco is replacing its IE5000 switches because an issue with the device has the potential to kill its user. The company discovered that potential damage to the source wiring can cause a short to the metal enclosure/barrier.

I do have a Cisco switch as they have a lot of features, not this type though and so far not been electrocuted
