Who currently has the best prices for blank BluRay media?

I’m thinking about buying a drive, but the high prices concern me.

The best price I found so for 50gb media is $28 for a single disc.

Does anyone know why they cost so much? Can we expect the prices to drop soon?

That is way to high, if your talking about 50GB DL BD-R (not BD-RE)

But I think $80 for 5 pack at Frys vs $50 for Sony 5pack from MegaDETH link is a not hard to choose. :slight_smile: Unless you have a local Frys nearby (only in 9 states) and you really need the media “right now”.

But he has ebay although not as cheap as the special event but it’s cheaper than $16.99 a piece even considering shipping cost.

Fast shipping and totally customer oriented is the ebay seller mentioned. His normal pricing is pretty good.
