my friend owns a gaming shop and has a chill zone with an xbox 360 in it. recently he has been charging for use of the xbox. you pay for an hour, then even if half way through the game you must hand over the controller. there is one free game per month for people to play but even though you can only play it for half an hour.

i was wondering if this was legal because im sure you cant charge.
hope someone can help me!! xxxx

i hate to say it but this^^^^^^ is right. you are using his equipment, furniture, electricity, space, internet/subsciption,
et cetera…
gaming cafes do this all the time. if you have a problem, get your own
