I think that the problem is InCD. I suggest to uninstall it.
Just to be sure that the problem is due to a software issue, you can do a quick test. Disable temporarily InCD (or uninstall it completely, the best option in my opinion) and try to burn a disc with ImgBurn (free and excellent burning software) or another burning spftware you like.
If with ImgBurn the problem disappears, then there is something wrong in Nero. Maybe an update will solve the issue, or you can use ImgBurn and get rid of nero
Another option could be to test the drive. This can be done easily using CD-DVD Speed (also free). Simply create a test disc (this test will create a disc full of random binary data, but it’s a necessary “sacrifice” to test the drive)
