The trial against the crew responsable for spreading about 4.5mln illegal audio CDs (MTV - HitExplosion) over the last 4 years has been postponed. The court will probably re-open the case in the fall of 2000; in the meantime further information should be gathered.

Various lawyers wanted the case to be delayed for various reasons. So should P.S. from Heerlen (Holland) who was responsable for the logistics tried to commit suicide last sunday. The man is on intensive care and can not be heared in court
