CD Media - How can you detect speed rating

I have a new spindle of Imation CD-R media but the labeling is gone and the disks don’t have a “X” rating marked on them.

Is there anyway to determine the speed (16X, etc) rating of them? I have Nero, EasyCD Platinum, and CloneCD programs. Any tools in any of these to determine the capability of media?

CD Speed can check the capabilities of your drive (not the media)
