I was referred to this group by a Nero Web Support.
I would like to try out Nero and Roxio, before making a decision on buying. I have the Nero demo installed and really like all of the options, it’s easy interface and tips, but I can’t capture from my camcorder.
I can do it successfully with Sonic, which came installed on my new computer, but with Nero, it stops responding after I click on “Play”. The movie continues to play, but nothing happens when I click on any other button. Taskmanager shows the program as “Not Responding”.
Nero support is trying to figure out what is happening. I sent them my “Info Tool” text file.
I would appreciate, if anyone knows a possible solution. My demo version expires on May 31st.
