Can't add file with nero vision

Hi all.:iagree:

when adding files with nero vision 5 i open up nerostartsmart, select nerovision , then make a dvd, add files and then select my file.the box comes up as if nero is going to load it then just disappears and im back at the main start of nero ie rip and burn entertainment etc etc

this only happens for some files but then other files will work, i’ve downloaded the kl codec pack but it doesn’t seem to work,

can someone please please help
