Correcting myself a bit. You can perhaps trace the mail backwards and see what servers it’s gone through until you come to the server that has been used originally used to send the mail. And from there see the IP that connected to send it. But this is a bitch cause most server admins don’t want people poking around in there log files and so on. Which makes it hard to trace back to the source.
