Wow. A windows 98 camera with a horrible screen as a driver. It’s a TWAIN driver, usually provided for very old scanner systems. TWAIN is almost obsolete since Windows 2000 era, because USB became far more stable and cheaper. The problem with TWAIN is when it messes up, it seriously messes up.

Is it possible to not use this driver? It may even be so that Windows XP automatically recognizes it.

It’s works now I uninstalled the camera at Device Manager and restart PC while the camera still hookup.
Windows see it as a USB Dual-mode Camera now has newer driver.
Driver Provider - STMicroelectronics
Driver Date - 2/8/2002
Driver Version - 2.0.0.3
Now when I plug in camera then a popup screen says USB Dual-mode Camera Device connected - Select the program to launch for this action. Give’s me a choice between Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard or the Picasa 3.
thanks
