Camcorder to DVD

i have dv camera i want convert the videos to dvd and before i want convert them to dvd i want to edit them please let me know which software is good and is there guide or something for converting like avi to dvd by chickenman

I use Pinacle Studio 8.8 for editing and converting to DVD. It’s easy to use.
