Cable Modem

Don’t know who to ask about this. I had to completely wipe my hard drive and reinstall windows XP. However, once that was done, I could no longer get connected to the internet or my network. I have comcast. Does anyone know what I have to do without having to call comcast? Really would appreciate it, you guys have helped me before.

Have you tried to contact comcast as to this problem? Also you didn’t give the spec as to your hardware if built ethernet or NIC card?? Also you don’t specify what kinda cable modem your using? Without hardware specs or software you using to connect to the internet we do much on help. Also are you using a AV or Firewall??
