When i burn avi files to disk using Nero Vision Express 3, when I play back the movie files, at first the video and sound are in perfect sync, but after a while the audio jumps ahead slightly so you hear the sounds before you see the video.
At first the delay between audio and video is only about 0.2 second delay but after about 30 minutes, its up to a second delay.
This is very frustrating and I would like to know why it does this. Playing the AVI file on the pc doesnt cause any sound delay, its only when its burnt to disk that I see the delay. Playing the disk back on the computer or dvd player makes no difference, I still see the delay.
When you burn using nero vision express, It first converts the files to VOB, I am not sure if the delay starts as soon as the file is converted to VOB, or whether it starts once its burnt to disk.
I am using RiDisc DVD-R minus format disks, could the fact that these are minus disks be causing the problem?
