I’m really new to this stuff. I have Pioneer burner, Nero software. Went to burn DVD - telling me I can only change region once more. How do i get around this?

Sorry but could you reformulate your question, giving more precisions, steps you take etc… I really don’t understand what you’re trying to achieve, as DVD regions issues are at the ripping stage, not the burning stage
