That was very hard to read but the one thing that stuck out was:

memorex dvd r DL

This is terrible media and if it worked before, consider yourself lucky. Verbatim is the only DL media consistently recommended and trusted.

@ targetpractice,

Considered yourself extremely lucky that you were ever able to Burn any Memorex DVD+R DL Media (Ritek-S04-66). If you performed a Disk Quality Scan of your previously Burned Memorex DVD+R DL Media (Ritek-S04-66) you would find that this Media is garbage Media.

It has been discussed numerous times throughout this Forum and any other Web Forum where Burning DL Media has been discussed that the ONLY DL Media that consistently produces quality error free results is Verbatim DL MKM001/MKM003 Mitsubishi Kagaku Media. ALL other DL Media is considered suspect and should be avoided (not used).

Also suggest ensuring that your DVD Burner has the newest most current up to date available Firmware installed.

PS – As Forum Member jeff53404 states your above posting is difficult to read and understand exactly what is occurring.

My fault on that, html did not copy over for some reason, so goodbye formatting, just a big blob, I am checking on getting some verbatim media here. I’m stationed overseas. The burner fails within the first few seconds, that is the main thing bothering me.
