Burning an ISO

Hi, I’m wondering if someone can help me?

I have an .iso file im trying to burn to CD, but each time i’ve burned a CD with it, my computer cant read the CD.

When i load the .iso up with Nero ImageDrive it works fine, but when i burn it to CD using Nero the CD wont work! ive also tried burning it with ISO recorder (http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm) but that CD’s a dud too.

Ive burned other CDs with this drive and they work fine. the ISO seems to be ok. Whats the problem???

Hi and welcome to the forum

Try to burn the ISO with cd-dvd speed.

Anyway, what media do you use?

hi, thanks!

could the problem be that im burning without a .bin file? or should i be able to burn the .iso straight to CD.

the media im using is verbatim i think. decent CDs.

Burning from an ISO file should be fine & Verbatim CD-R media is one I would recommend so that should be fine also.

You could also try ImgBurn for burning all forms of image to either CD or DVD.

What is actually on the CD?

when i run CD-DVD speed it says "Error - UNRECOVERED READ ERROR (03110…)

hmmm…weird. the iso is Diablo 2 - Lord of Destruction

works fine as with imagedrive, but the bastard produces dud cds when i try to burn it.

i used that program and it works now! maybe i was buring at too great a speed or smthg (i did it at 16x this time) or the programs were crap.

thanks for ur help!

How do you created the image? Maybe there is an error on the ISO file.
