Burning an audio file

I just recently purchased an external CD/RW. It came with Nero 5.5. I am totally new at this. I managed to copy an audio CD on to a blank CD-RW cd. The problem is that my CD players (not my computer) will not play the CD. But upon examining them from my computer all is well, there exists the .CDA files.
Is there any thing special I need to do to burn .CDA files for play on my CD players?
Thank you in advance.

Robbie

You have to burn them on cdr, instead of cdr-w,most home equipment can’t read cdr-w,seems that for now, only newer Philips models and some home dvd players support cdr-w…

Ok, thanx, that helps. I appreciate your response.
