Welcome to the forums dsnockunas.
We are a little particular about downloaded materials around here. I suggest you look through our guidelines for copyright protected media: http://club.myce.com/f34/guidelines-copyright-protected-material-316049/
Nothing you’ve said so far is evidence that this movie is copyright protected, so I’ll proceed for now assuming that it isn’t a commercial movie. The .mov format is most often associated with Apple Quicktime movies. It can be burned to a disk as data, but will not play in stand alone dvd players, only in computer drives.
If you need it to play in a regular dvd player, you’ll need to convert to dvd-video. Try DVDFlick for this. http://www.dvdflick.net/
DVDFlick can convert the video and even burn to a disk using ImgBurn. Look through the guide at their site: http://www.dvdflick.net/guide/index_en.html
