Sure there is absolutely no problem with putting two Iso's on one DvD.
Burn them as data.
Use Daemon Tools to mount the images, Do a complete install
Mount first Image, once installation of the first disk is complete it will ask you for the second disk, unmount first Iso and mount second Iso and continue with installation. Once the installation is complete unmount second Iso and then mount the playing Iso. Use Daemon Tools to emulate the appropriate copy protection and play the game.
Note - This is a dependant on what copy protection is being used and weather or not Daemon can properly emulate.
Other tools and steps maybe needed in order to play.
