what kind of CD do you want?
Regular Audio CD that works in most players?
Or a MP3 disc?
For an audio CD, it's only the playtime that matters - if your 100 tracks are short enough to be played within 80 minutes, then you're fine. (I am not sure it there is a limitation of track numbers for an audio CD).
Otherwise: no chance.
An MP3 CD is data - there is normally no problem to put 100 tracks onto such a disc, but it will only play on players that are designed to handle MP3 discs.
