Hello,
I have been using clone dvd and any dvd for a while now with little or no problems. Ltely, every movie I record, freezes and skips in some of my dvd players. In fact my new surround sound system has a big problem. I have not had this problem before and I wondered if i was doing something wrong in the burning process. Is it just the sony dvd’s? Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

what versions of the programs are you using
what model is your burner
what firmware does your burner have
what is the media id of the discs yuo’re using (media ID can be found on the disc info tab of nero cd-dvd speed)
what is the rated speed of the media?
what speed did you burn at?
we;re here to help, but we need info in order to do so. the more you can tell us the better otherwise we’re just guessing.
tips: use high quality media like verbatim (MCC codes) or Taiyo Yuden. burn these media at their RATED speed (maybe bump 16x burns to 12x if your burner prefers it) using a burner that has it’s most up to date firmware.
