Burn Process failed in Nero 6.6.1.4

Hi there guys…
I hope you can help me
I keep getting the error, when trying to burn a DVD.
My burner is a Sony DRX-720UL, which my dad bought for me in USA.
I already downloaded the newest FirmWare for this Burner.
The burner is connected to the com through a USB-connection…
I have a NERO-log, which looks like this… Hope you may be able to help me…

Welcome, kafka23

You have 30 min. to edit out your name and Nero serial from your post

Can’t see anything obviously wrong, other than you’re very low on memory. Try closing programs you don’t need when burning.

ok, i think, I removed them now?
Well, I’ll give it a try…
Thanks…
