Hi Welcome to CDF!!!

First of all please remove your serial number from the post. It starts with 1C80… in the begining of the log.
Now your problem : Your log says:

DiskPeripheral : WDC WD800BB-75JHC0 atapi Port 0 ID 1 DMA: Off
CdRomPeripheral : Lite-On LTN486S 48x Max atapi Port 1 ID 0 DMA: Off

Can you turn DMA on on your buring drive. This will solve your problem
Please turn ur DMA on on your drive, You can

#3

Here’s a thread to help with the DMA issue. Look here .

However, I doubt this has anything to do with your problem as the failure is immediate.

The discs you are using I suspect are very poor quality and switching to a better disk like Verbatim should make a great deal of difference. Whilst yours is an 8x burner it should probably handle 16X Verbs OK.

Try getting a 10 pack of Verbs, don’t commit too much money until you’re sure that’s the problem.

If these also fail I’d suspect that your burner has failed.

#4

how do I remove the serial number?
